I just finished Lemony Snicket's The Bad Beginning. In fact, I have it right here with me.
Lemony Snicket is really funny.
I one of my favorite parts in the book is the part where the Baudelaire orphans make "Putinesca Sauce" instead of roast beef like Count Olaf wanted--he didn't even tell them he wanted it. Haha!
It just goes on and on like this:
"Orphans" Count Olaf said, "Where are you."
"In the Kitchen Count Olaf," Klaus replied.
"My theater troupe is right behind me, and there hungry." Count Olaf said stepping into the kitchen, "Where's the Roast Beef?"
"We didn't make any," Klaus said, "We made Putinesca Sauce."
"What!" Count Olaf yelled.
{That might have not have been the same text in the book.}
I really loved the book and am planning on reading the whole Series Of Unfortunate Events.
The Illustrations are wonderful too.
